I'm spanish and they asked my id and my census, I sent the original documents and they doesn't accept my verification. I have my 20€ of opine y gane blocked in this enterprise. They never asked me for the documents and when they asked me for census and id I sent to them and they don't accept the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. I contacted with they a lot of times and they never answer.

Peel off the sticker that covers the chip and it works! Been all over trying to use it and the sticker was covering the chip! Cost me so much in calling customer service and having the terrible answers from automated customer service

If anybody ever has a fraudulent transaction done on a prepaid Solutions gift card don’t try to call them because they will not give you any help at all that is such a big joke and it’s a big scam

I wish that I could give 0 stars for my experience with this company. I submitted a case for dispute, because they must have had a data breach--seeing that my card was used at a university in Australia and I live in the US. I opened up a case in June 2021. And although they say that things will be investigated and fixed in 120 days...IT IS NOT. I still haven't had my dispute fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The worst customer service experience…

The worst customer service experience I've ever encountered and I've had some terrible ones.I purchased a prepaid card for a substantial sum 8 days ago. There was some issue with verification when I clicked on the link to retrieve the digital card, so I was asked to submit verification documents (driving licence photo) to help verify my identity, which I did.That was 8 days ago. 5 working days later I had heard nothing so I tried calling their "customer service" dept. This was a waste of time. All they could tell me is that its a "different department" and all they can do is "escalate my case" which will take another 3-5 days! (honestly I think they make up these numbers).I tried calling again today and same story. They have no idea. They can't tell me what the status is. If there is a problem with the ID I submitted, can't they tell me that and give me the opportunity to submit a different ID? But they've no idea! All they can tell me is "this is the process" and I should "wait longer".At this point I feel like my money has been stolen and I don't know who to contact about it next :(

2x my cards never arrived

I was given a reward with one choice to accept via Prepaid Digital Solutions. I chose physical cards. Here is where things get interesting.The physical card never arrived. I waited for 20 business days, one month. No card, no tracking information. Then, I sent an email to Prepaid Digital Solutions asking about my card and why there was no tracking information. They sent an apology email and requested I filled my address to be sent another card and wait for another 20 business days. Now, 2 months waited. I waited for the second 20 business days, the same thing happened, no card and no tracking information. I sent an email again asking for my card. Hold and hold, an apology was sent again. Hold on for a second, I have seen these exact words before, I said to myself. I decided to check all previous emails. As it turns out, I was expressing myself to a bot all these times. The Customer Support representative was not even human. I sent another email called them a scammer and never heard from them again. I think I finally knew who they are

I opted for a $5 Visa gift card for first time using my swagbucks. This company decided to be my virtual wallet when I tried to add it to my google pay and then my google play account I was sent a error message that my redeem codes are invalid. Then when I returned to my digital wallet I keep getting a error message that they put it in another wallet and I have no balance period. Customer support is a joke. Now I'm unable to retrieve my gift card. I also wrote down the card details to try and use it that way and keep getting error messages of invalid card details. I will never be scammed by this company again and apparently are confiscating people's rewards. I will be reporting them to BBB as well as to swagbucks.PSA:BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!

Is this company just a scam?

I got a reward of $105 for this company, made an account, and claimed a $100 visa card. I got the email with a token for this card. when trying to log in to see the number or even get a card mailed, I get an error on the website that logs me out and tells me to try again. Support claims my token isn't right and apparently I'm just out of the $100 gift card. I'm thinking this website is just a scam site given all the other reviews, id avoid it at all cost.
