Superb service. Delivered a desk that I had purchased from EBay. Communication brilliant we were kept informed every step of the way - item arrived swiftly and promptly within the stated delivery window. The 2 man delivery team were polite and helpful. Can absolutely recommend. Thank you. Wish all deliveries were this simple.
Sofa picked up and successfully delivered in one piece. Friendly delivery drivers who were careful bringing the sofa in and put it into place for me. The online tracking system that you can click through to from the messages and emails only shows what’s happened so far (e.g. sofa picked up) but it would be helpful to be able to see estimated drop off day and time as well.
They changed the delivery date three times. Had numerous emails sent to me which were clearly for other customers. They changed the delivery time twice. Every email was signed by a different person, but they did respond which is a positive. The two men who delivered my item could not or would not speak English. Consequently, the delivery was very brief and painful! Took almost a week to get my item when they initially stated it would be two or three days.
My overall experience of Proovia has been outstanding and I would have no hesitation to use them again or recommend them to others. Their overall service is fast and high quality, their tracking system is excellent and my bookcase was delivered absolutely on time without any problems.
