What lovely drivers...I had constant updates from them on how far away they were, which meant I could meet them downstairs (It had to go into my car), the drivery and his mate were lovely- really friendly!

Van door urgent order

I ordered a door for my van and from start to finish it was excellent service. They kept me up to speed on the delivery itself from the time it left its home to the final destination. They left it in my safe place .excellent.

A genuine Proovia customer
Don't use for delivering furniture you care about

Proovia handled delivery of an antique wardrobe that was in pristine condition when I purchased it from a seller on Vinterior. By the time it reached me, the wardrobe had a deep scratch on the door and other significant damage to the wardrobe's finish. The key to the wardrobe was also missing. It then took Proovia TWO WEEKS to confirm they had lost the key, leaving us stuck with a wardrobe we were unable to move from our living room. I am now seeking compensation from them, which they are also dragging their heels over. Unfortunately, unless a furniture seller on Vinterior organises their own delivery, buyers are given no choice regarding which logistics company they use to handle delivery. The wardrobe remains in our living room.

Item delivered late and damaged during…

Item delivered late and damaged during delivery by a Team that did'nt even have a sack truck to move it, if you do book with Proovia don't bother with insurance as they will weasel out of it if their drivers manage to damage your item; my F/Freezer will cost £200 to fix the damage to the front of it, they are only giving me £96 as they say it's purely cosmetic..yes it is..it's still damage that i shouldnt have to pay for

Excellent communication .. shame all couriers aren't the same!

From the moment I selected a delivery day, the updates were perfect. I received my 3 hour slot the day before and a text when they were 15 minutes away. You are able to track the deliver as well... however, in my case they arrived 1 hr early which I did receive a text in advance to see if that was ok and it was. Upon arrival the drivers were pleasant and delivered my items to a room of my choice. From a service level perspective... other companies could take a leaf out of your bookExcellent communication
