Review Time
Cancelled delivery twice. 1st time late evening on day before delivery, which meant I lost a day's money for being at home.Then cancelled a 2nd time on the MORNING of agreed rescheduled delivery date 1 week later. Money lost again. Nice enough drivers but logistics are amateur and unreliable at best
Delivery was fine once it was arranged, but I had to pay an additional ‘storage’ cost as the courier will only hold the item for 3 days. This should have been disclosed/discussed upfront between the vendor, the supplier and the customer.
