From start to finish everything went well from pick up to delivery. Delivery men put the items exactly where we asked them to ,and both very polite .Would use again if needed .Price was very good 👍

Good communication but cushion marked in transport

Good communication re delivery and several updates inidcating how close they were and drivers were pleasant.Unfortunately sofa not packaged in any way and one of cream covered cushions had fall on floor and was marked. Drivers said was done at depot butfrustrating and nothing I can really do about it. Hopefully marks will come up. Without this issue would have been 5 stars
