There was good communication BUT…

There was good communication with the courier BUT the article, an antique cupboard arrived soaking wet as if it had been left in the rain somewhere. I am hoping that it dries out and isn't irrevocably damaged

Impressive Service

This is the 2nd time Proovia has made a delivery to me. I was very impressed with the service. The delivery date and time was agreed and I was given a time window of 3 hrs. On the day, I was given a specific time along with van drivers name and registration. The two guys who delivered were lovely, cheerful and accommodating - the item of furniture would not fit through my front door, so they placed it my garage so I could dismantle it. Thank you Proovia!
