We decided to go with ProtectaPet and upon the first visit they couldn’t complete the installation because of a tree that we hadn’t cut back. Not there fault! They discussed all the aspects that needed to be addressed and they came back 3 weeks later. Phil and Tom were amazing, extremely knowledgeable (just keep them lubricated with tea & coffee 😊) they kept us up to speed with what they were doing and when they’d finished what a fabulous, well installed system…super happy, just need to see what the kitties think 😊
From contacting Craig initially to a completed job took no time at all. All we wanted was a catio area on the patio so I’m sure they have had far bigger jobs than ours. That being said, all questions were answered and nothing seemed to much trouble. A big shout out for Craig at the end of the phone and the two friendly and very professional fitters Phil and Tom B.
This company have ensured my cats are safe and will live a good life now with no more abuse or trauma from humans (we came from overseas), where cats are treated as vermin. They have the freedom of a garden and are so happy. Thank you for giving me peace of mind
