Very pleased with the product. It arrived quickly and the unit is neat, very effective, and easy to use. There was a problem with the water collection tank but this was addressed very quickly by Puremate and a replacement part was delivered next day. I am happy to recommend the product and supplier to potential customers.
Purchased the PM850 Tower fan, Really great product, The functions are good and the Remote makes it easy to control. This is used regularly and the timing function means I can set it to cool and to switch of after I go to sleep. The Scent draw is a great bonus .Their customer service goes above and beyond and is very quick to respond. Thanks Kevin
We recently bought a Puremate Nutrition Extractor Blender from Puremate, the service we received was excellent. I got the Puremate humidifier as a present and it stopped working within the 2 years warranty period, but I managed to get in touch with customer service only after that time. They still fixed the humidifier, no questions asked! Now it works again like new. Very pleased with the service.
