Not Working . Is there a repair service option?

I bought my PM906 Digital Ultrasonic Ioniser over 2 years ago but it has been very rarely in use . When I came to switch it on recently it appeared to be dead - no lights come on , no noise, nothing. As it is out of guarantee and I have exhausted my remedies ( changed the fuse !) I am faced it seems with taking it to the tip. What a waste of money and resources. Or is there a repair service?

I purchased this product 2018, it wworked really well, then the motor stopped end of 2019. Puremate paid for its return, engineers fixed the problem and returned to me free of charge in an expedited manner. Cannot fault the service received by the company and communications were equally prompt and helpful. Fantastic service.

I m so please with the foot massager and back massager. Both products r absolutely fantastic. Well worth it. Next day delivery if you order before 2pm. Free phone number to call and ask full details about the product. It was exactly what I was explained on the phone. What a pain relief in my feet and legs. Wish I knew about this long time ago. Paying customers to review

This company pays people for positive reviews. Actually their products are pretty reasonable, but this practice alone justifies a balancing negative review - and makes it hard to know which product to purchase. I suggest they stop that practice.

Absolutely fantastic!

I purchased the PureMate® PM 850 Oscillating 43-inch Tower Fan, with Aroma Function and Remote and an eight hour timer, from PureMate via eBay.It was delivered the next day and came with a two year guarantee - and it really is amazing. It's so stylish too and does everything it says on the tin ... quietly. I honestly didn't think I could be so enthusiastic about a fan but I love it so much I have now purchased an identical one for the bedroom. Very highly recommend!

Excellent product that’s doing what it says it will do

Purchased a PM520 direct from PureMate and it does what it says it will do. The PM520 is very good at collecting dust and cat dander and it’s noticeable how the room feels fresher. Very pleased with the product and have purchased a PM500 for another room - hope it’s as good as the PM520.
