The customer service has been good

The customer service has been good. My dehumidifier power adapter broke, so I bought a new one. Then that broke, so I asked for a replacement and they quickly sent a new one out under warranty.

Products made for junkyard and not homes!

- the product quality is worst, they emailed me telling that they will replace it and then changes their minds!- Two weeks and I have spent 40% more money (on the value of the produce as of today) on getting things filter - taking it to a store to return and then getting refused- two weeks and every single day i wait for collection- they will apologise and thats itThe products are good as made for junkyard and not homes. PS - do not buy their products. You are better off getting better customer service and products from amazon. It was worst mistake to buy anything from them

Worst airpurifier award winnder!

The products made are not made to last longworst service and generating e-waste. Please refrain from buying them, I made a huge mistake and spent £300 on their products, so do yourself a favour. I learnt an expensive lesson and thought they were genuine, but worst service and products, a perfect recipe for disaster!

Five Star Sevice

I purchased a Puremate humidifier 10 months ago and it recently stopped working. I contacted the supplier and Tai apologised for the failure and asked pertinent questions about the problem. He then arranged for a replacement base to be sent. It arrived the next day. The whole issue was sorted in 2 days amazing! I would give this company 6 out of 5 if I could.

Ordered a fan off Amazon a year and a…

Ordered a fan off Amazon a year and a half ago, one day it suddenly stopped working, I emailed Puremate and they were more than happy to send me out a replacement free of charge with next day delivery! Great customer service!

Amazing customer service, amazing products

I bought a puremate 13” fan from Amazon however unfortunately the fan kept making this awful clattering sound which I just couldn’t deal with - I contacted puremate about the issue and they got back to me almost instantly and they kindly offered to send me another fan free of charge with next day delivery !! I received the replacement fan early the next morning and it’s amazing. Definitely recommend buying from these guys!

Fantastic and lightening quick customer service!Had an issue over on the parts in our new 31" oscillating fan.Sent email on Saturday - got reply 15 mins later.Excellent communicators.New part send by FedEx by Tuesday 9am!Whoever owns this company should be proud!

I own puremate steamer

I own puremate steamer, had a problem when the lid were it failed. Contacted them and they sent out a replacement straight away, excellent service. The food steamer is a good bit of kit, does rice to perfection, we enjoy having steamed vegetables instead of been over cooked boiled mush. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Puremate excellent customer service

My Puremate circulation booster stopped functioning unexpectedly. Puremate customer service is exemplary. A quick email to them to ask for suggestions why the sudden loss of function elicited a rapid response, an analysis that the adapter might be at fault and a rapid free of change replacement sent to arrive within 24 hours.I have a great product which helps my circulation, and a company which is providing top quality service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service

Purchased a foot massager machine and was very pleased with the item, really helped my disabled wife's arthritis easing her leg pains, unfortunately it packed up ,l got in touch with Customer service to ask for advice, spoke to Tai ,and he was very professional and helpful and said he would send me a new one which Daniel did with 24 hour post. If only all companies were this helpful ,would highly recommend this company .Thank you Puremate and Tai
