POOR SERVICE / SHOCKING DELIVERY STANDARDS

Item sent in wrong packaging i ordered a 4.5 Litre Digital Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier with Ioniser and Aroma Diffuser it came fast BUT came inside a Puremate Circulation PM605 Foot Circulation Massager box.I refused the delivery thinking they sent the wrong item.As they also sell this item.When i mailed i was told your new item is inside the box of the massager.Pretty silly sending new items i feel in old boxes and not informing the customer.Its a shame as i got quick response and fast delivery.Packaging and lack of ownership is why you get one star. updateIf i could give no stars i would i was told they would get it sent back out today that day come and went no item.I asked for a refund and was told as its with fedx we cant do that.And they would have to pay to get it sent back to them and there not willing to do that.So wait for the item send it back at cost to me WOW and then you can get a refund shocking think hard before you buy from these people i will be contacting trading standards to find out my rights.

dehumidifier/ poor customer service

I bought a dehumidifier from them which started playing up about 2 months after buying it but it was still collecting a little water so couldn't return it inside the warranty period, It gradually got worse and now has totally stopped working, Puremate don't want to know at all, saying its out of warranty. They could have at least offered to have a look at it or offered a trade in, but no. Poor customer service i thought..

Customer service and great product

Just over two years ago we bought a Puremate foot massager. Weve been delighted with the product ever since. Then a few weeks ago, without any warning it stopped working. After a quick check for any obvious issues we were resigned to buying a new one. Anyway, we contacted Puremate to ask them for advice. They asked us a few questions, determined that it was probabley the adapter that had packed and immediately sent us a new one the following day. We plugged it in, switched it on and have been using it ever since. So a big thank you to Puremate customer support. No fuss, no issue, no cost (they didnt even ask us for the cost and delivery of the new adapter). We cant thank them enough, a lesson in how you retain customer loyalty.

I love this machine

I love this machine. I look after my feet as I have type 2 so the stimulation is easy and enjoyable and valuable.I misplaced the adaptor in a move. Reordering was easy and it arrived the next morning. Thank youHighly recommend.

12 Liter dehumidifier works very well.😍

I wouldn’t have expected a business to offer free next day delivery & so many delivery updates keeping me in the loop. My 12L Dehumidifier works really well, not too loud at all. Considering buying the same one again to have one in my bathroom & one in my cellar at all times. Highly recommended!

I am a customer for a number of years…

I am a customer for a number of years and have been very happy until recently.I ordered on the ebay outlet a set of two HEPA filters with activated carbon, for my PureMate PM 520 devices.the price asked for TWO filters wass £ 41,65The parcel (plastic bag) received contains only one filter.I attempted to contact them by email, I also used ebay and paypal tools to explain the problem.Both ebay and paypal complaints were closed with proof of delivery.The lack of answerMade me write this review.The devices can not work without the filter element so I am stuck.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Accidentally over filled the ice packs which came with my air cooler, it caused them to split. I emailed PureMate and within an hour had a reply, the Ice packs were delivered the next working day👌🏼 With having experienced a lot of very poor customer service recently from a lot of other companies, this was very reassuring. Thank you PureMate!

I purchased a puremate pm605 foot…

I purchased a puremate pm605 foot circulation massager. Im totally pleased with it, good value for the price which is one of the reasons why I purchased it, it looks good.Its easy to use with easy to follow instructions.It performs very well it certainly gets results.The delivery service was quick and it arrived undamaged.I will certainly telling my family about it.I would definitely purchase off puremate again in the future and encourage people to buy their products.
