Tower fan base replacement

The base on my Tower fan broke, I called Puremate and they replaced it free of charge within 2 days. Unfortunately the problem went deeper than that but no fault of Puremate. Great service.

Glitch and won't refund subscription even when service was previously cancelled

Service was super glitch sonstoppednusingbit very quickly. Cancelled my subscription. 2 years later a subscription was taken from my account with no notice or warning (who remembers when a subscription is due 3 years after the first payment?!) And they will not refund it as I don't have proof of the cancellation, which was via email 2 years prior.It didn't work when I had it, and now I have to oay money I don't have because they won't refund it either.

My plug in port got broken

My plug in port got broken. I emailed to see if I could get a replacement. I was expecting one little part of which I was going to solder myself and though what a rip off for it. I was surprised that when it came it was already joined to cables and a plug and play at each end. However I was also surprised that it was simply thrown int a huge box with no protection and of course it was broken . I had a go at them for supplying it like this. They then sent another replacement that was the size of a shoe box for something that is the size of a 50p. This was the wrong one completely. I had a go again and was told just take the others apart and solder them as they dont do them any more . I also mentioned that due to the company being one of the worst I have had to deal with that I should get my money back. Then they said return them all and they would refund me. I pointed out that I wouldn't not have a part to then try and repair myself . No more responses from them . How the hell these company survive is beyond me. A complete lack of intelligence all round .

I bought a ceramic heater from Puremate…

I bought a ceramic heater from Puremate in 2023 and now it no longer works. I would have expected this product to have lasted longer. On contacting Puremate why this occurred, they said "tough luck" these things happen, taking no responsibility for their faulty product and shortness of product life. Think carefully before choosing this product.

First Class service.

Ordered an Air Fryer which arrived the next day. I accidentally broke the drawer and Puremate replaced it free of charge, they didn't need to but went above and beyond the call.Great company to deal with. Would 100% recommend.

I have arthritis in the knees and…

I have arthritis in the knees and struggle with the pain , after 2 sessions on the circulation mate my knees are free from pain and can bend them further than I have for ages ,I now do 30 mins on setting 80 every day after work as a milkman 😀

I purchased 2 of the oil filled heaters…

I purchased 2 of the oil filled heaters on Amazon, spoke to puremate directly with a question regarding the product and the customer service was second to none. Highly recommend. I purchased a similar heater from Screwfix and it was nowhere near as good.

I purchased a dehumidifier a couple of weeks ago when it arrived It wasn't working properly and was gathering no water.I Got in contact with the company and a guy named Tai got me to send a video of said machine and we troubleshooted problems in the end they replaced it with a new machine which arrived a couple of days later.Then they sent a courier to pick up the faulty one once I was satisfied with my new one.Would highly recommend them.Customer Service (Tai) 10 out of 10.
