I feel I was mugged by Q-Park. Booked my vehicle for £50 then they demanded an extra £100 on arrival. They knew my registration and hence my vehicle at booking. If they want to charge 3 times as much for SUVs they should have a drop down box on booking. An evil company which should be shut down in my opinion.
Don't make a mistake by typing a wrong number you have to pay double parking time and a fine. And when you call them to explain that the app had an error and you had to pay at the automat and typed one number wrong they tell you we can't do anything for you and they putt down the phone while I was still talking . I think it's a very unfriendly organisation
**** avoid**** hidden fees. Scam Arrived early by minutes. Let you in no warning of additional fees. No mention of a rebate for leaving 4 hours early. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Shocking disgusting responses from the “customer service team” Blaming small print. Companies get done for hidden fees - this lot have loads and a bad attitude. Avoid!
Parked at Q-Park in Liverpool for an overnight stay. Was surprised how few cars were parked there, despite its central location. Soon found out why!! Pre-booked at an agreed rate between 22.00-9.00, but then Q-Park took unauthorised payments for a longer stay, despite us leaving at 8.40am n(which they acknowledged. Contacted Customer Service (Jacob) who was more than useless in resolving their error.I would highly recommend other options in central Liverpool, where you can park all day for up to £6.00
