If I could rate 0 I would this company is a scam!!! Booked weeks in advance for airport parking at Gatwick they left us there for over an hour with no pick up, lied to us when we called and even at one point told us we had the wrong number even though we had just spoken to them! Trying to complain to get your money back is a joke!!!! Awful company do not book!!!!!!!

Don't recommend

Don't recommend. I had 3 separate bookings and I was still charged extra just over £5. Because system thought I overstayed, even though I left in time frame which I already paid for.

Shame on you

Shame on you, Q-Park, Odense Denmark. No instructies at the entrance on how to pay, no instructions leaving the building. We did look! Therefore we expected it was by number plate recognition. When returning, there was a ridiculous high fine on our car window. The customer service girl said that the instructions were on the pilar and yes, a lot of people get fined because they did not understand how it works, and no, it is not their fould but our responsibilty to understand when coming to Denmark. Shame on you, Q Park, by not informing the way you should making this a tourist trap and shame on you, rude and arrogant customer service girl.

This company promotes SAFE and SECURE……

This company promotes SAFE and SECURE… this is a lie and only for marketing. Over the last year I now know a number of Camera Operators have been hit in Cavendish Sq. They had one security guard with arthritis who’s walked up to the guy and spoke to him and let him walk away with kit. Then they charged me £50 to exit the car park after losing £25,000 of kit. NEVER use this car park… or this company. How they can claim to be safe and secure is beyond me.It is used as the BBC overflow… not anymore

Q park in Chinatown London VOID had my window smash in the car park own by Q park. They boast their security is the best.. Rubbish scumbag it's took me 15 mins to found security guards it's wouldn't accept liberty

I made an error but it was quickly rectified and refunded

I used the Q Park at Liverpool One -City Centre before Christmas for an overnight stay. It was clean, secure and great sized parking slots. I made an error (duplication) with my booking. I emailed between Christmas and New Year not expecting a reply so soon. I had a reply within hours . A promise of a refund and total understanding of my situation ( I did supply all the references hopingvto avoid lots of back and to) . The refund arrived and I shall definately use you and recommend your company again. Special mention to Aurora for her speedy response and understanding. Well done and thank you

Worst Parking Place in London

Went to use the BP Pulse charging facility inside Q Park Pimlico. The person who were in the control room treated us like crap. I entered the car park at 22.24 on Thursday the 30th November and came to the exit gate sharp 23.24 but instead of £6 an hour they were charging £12 for two hours. When I call the intercom the guy were rude, arrogant and said none of his concerns as he saying that I went into the car park 22.21 where I challenged him I have proof the ticket I got the printed here 22.24 and he wouldn't do anything and made me wait over the phone another 5 minutes so had to pay £12 for parked there an hour to charge my electric vehicle with an additional cost. I have tried to explain everything in email with the customer service team but not an apology or any other solutions from them. Rubbish and rude service from these people. Avoid
