A disgusting, filthy car park with the rudest staff I have ever encountered. A great place to go if you want to walk up the urine filled stairwell, passing the crack heads shooting up as you go. Avoid this place. It deserves to be shut down.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst parking experiences I ever had. I parked at the Dresden Altmarkt (Germany)on the 20th of December. Returning to the car park around 10.30 pm, I wanted to use my ‘blue badge’ - disability card, which allows for free parking across Europe. When I rang for assistance, I had a very unfriendly lady who said it doesn’t apply to this car park and I have to pay despite the disability card. When I queried it and said I use this card whether I’m in London, Berlin or other towns in Europe, she just said in a very aggressive manner, “Are you going to pay now or not? “ After that, she didn’t take any of my calls and pretended not to be there. I did pay but I think this customer service was absolutely appalling and I don’t think I will use Qpark again.
Visited Musgrove park hospital Taunton. Absolute chaos so busy - no disabled so sent to multi story. Even worse bumper to bumper came out and a lively lad called Dan came over and let me out and back to disabled parking. He had the hardest job today keeping traffic moving and coping with some rude drivers. But he is a joy - helpful smiley and kind. Well done Dan!
DO NOT USE Q PARKS - 0 Stars if possible, criminal activity is rife in Q-parks, especially in London. They advertise secure parking and it is the complete opposite. Cars are broken into almost every day, security visible at times but makes you wonder if they are complicit, as there is no explanation to why they aren’t there when the crime is committed. Also, in the fully gated car parks, no explanation given as to how the criminals get out of the car park without a ticket while on a moped, VERY SUSPICIOUS.ORGANISED CRIME ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN THESE CAR PARKS. The same crime is committed over and over with no sign of stopping. DO NOT PARK HERE.
Q Parks in Liverpool are clean (no nasty smells!), well organised and safe. It's a shame so many people who have a grievance are the ones who complete these reviews. I pre booked and, my mistake, parked in a different Q Park than the one I had booked. I spoke to a very helpful, polite man called Lewis who understood and confirmed there wouldn't be a problem and that he would pass on my details to his colleagues who would be on duty when I exited the next day. He did just that and there was no problem. Thanks for your understanding and making life just that little bit easier than it might have otherwise been.
Pre booked parking at the Mailbox for a concert at symphony hall as other Q park in area (brindleyplace) was full, arrived at car park, Numberplate not recognised I took ticket to enter according to overhead signs spaces were apparently available, 40 minutes later after driving round in circles in an ever increasing queue of traffic I was so stressed I gave up as I had missed the start of the concert, tried to leave, plate not recognised, ticket wanted payment, attendant said try brindley place (really!?) or contact customer srrvices for a refund, went home having no chance of getting to the concert total loss so far £80 filled in form for customer contact apparently they can’t read my message (tried twice) so another £20+ gone, I am incensed by the greedy practice of overbooking a car park and then letting more cars in and the fact that their contact form is apparently not fit for purpose therefore useless I feel robbed, don’t use this company they don’t care and their customer service is execrable. Would give them negative stars if possible.
