Brilliant communications ordered my Sauna very easily they even painted it and assembled it for me. I would like to thank Patrick for his hard work and effort in getting delivery to North Scotland sorted for me. Sauna arrived and I’m so pleased with the build quality and price I will definitely be ordering other items from Quality Spa in the future thanks again
It’s rare that you find somewhere with excellent quality, excellent prices and excellent customer service. This place has it all. I ordered the Icon 125 Sauna to the UK and I am amazed at the quality of the product. Now that it is set up, I’ve been using it twice a day and absolutely loving it. By far the cheapest on the market, and can’t fault the quality.On top of this, I had outstanding communication via the live chat and owner.
The team at Quality Spa were really helpful, easy to contact and responsive to questions. The sauna arrived and I was very happy with the quality of the materials, the instructions for building and for use. Would definitely recommend!
SCAM!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!Made an order and paid a 25% deposit. Unfortunately, due to an emergency family situation, I had to cancel 2 days later. As per their website I am entitled to a full refund on cancellation within 14 days of ordering. No refund has been made. I have chased and chased and just been given the run around. Since investigating further, seems like lots of dodgy business going on. I tried calling the number on the website, which is a wrong number, emailing and using the chat function but they either ignore or say they will refund and don’t. Please avoid and keep your money safe!At the time of ordering, they said their credit card machine didn’t work so forced me to do a bank transfer to ensure I kept the special weekend deal, which was ending that day. All techniques used by scammers to apply pressure and make you make bad decisions. If you read all the reviews on here, it talks about great customer service on the chat, not about receiving the product. The customer was amazing until I placed an order. Then it is lost money and nowhere to turn to once parted with money. They even ask me to review after the payment process, luckily I didn’t. I’m left gutted. Please don’t fool for this scam too.
Proper spam ! A big joke company! If you don’t want to waste your time and wait for your refund with couple of pounds less , because the international transactions …try to buy from a local seller or anywhere else! Always they find excuses for any delay and finally you will see your time and money gone! Two weeks, what they say to you is gonna be the time you will realise will nothing come to you and finally you will regret your choice. I did the same
