Review Time
First of all, check the dates of their reviews; every time a negative review is posted, they suddenly gain vague 5-star reviews from newly registered users the next day! The reality is they are a mess. I ordered a sauna, was told 6-8 weeks, and it has now been 6 months with no delivery date. Their policy seems to be to take your money and deliver whenever they feel like it. After the sale, they show no concern for you as a customer. They hide behind ridiculous terms and conditions and blame everything else. They don’t manufacture as they claim; instead, they order from a supplier and have no control over delivery times. Their staff is rude and dismissive, only stalling rather than helping. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE; it’s not worth the hassle. Look at the 1-star reviews; they reflect the truth!
After ordering two saunas and a cool plunge tub in July, I was told delivery would take 8 weeks. My order finally arrived today after 21 weeks, and only one sauna was delivered. I have now requested a refund for the remaining items as I can no longer wait. I will update this review once I receive my refund.
The ordering experience has been fantastic so far - the representative on the online chat was very helpful while I was selecting the right sauna for my garden. The prices offered by the service are competitive compared to other brands. I can’t wait for my sauna to be delivered and to start using it.

However, the delivery date alone doesn’t change the wider issues I’ve experienced throughout this process, which is what my feedback reflects.Regarding GDPR: mentioning the name of a customer service representative in a review is not a GDPR violation I believe. GDPR protects the personal data of a private individual—not someone acting in their professional capacity representing a company. Customers are allowed to reference staff names in reviews, whether positive or negative.So I’m curious: would you have reported it to TrustPilot if I had used the same name in a positive review?I’m glad to hear the refund is finally being sorted, as up until now I’ve received no confirmation of this. I look forward to receiving the refund as soon as possible.⸻We purchased a sauna in June which included a heater. We have had nothing but issues from start to end with this company and made multiple complaint with regards to delivery etc (can be found in trust pilot) the item finally got delivered in the 6th November! (minus the heater- which is somewhat needed for a sauna) I asked where it was and they said it would be sent separately. The heater surely could have been delivered in June as wasn’t need to be built it’s just an item to be sent out. We are still waiting despite them saying that they would send it as soon as possible, no contact no tracking info- nothing, we are yet to receive it and are left waiting yet again. I asked for a refund multiple times on email and via their chat service, they never accept or arrange refund (I asked for a refund when we were waiting for the sauna to be delivered and just ignored) they just keep saying please be patience. My patience has well and truely ran out now, Just want the money back for the heater that we’ve paid for. This company is awful.
Fire arrived late, was damaged, took weeks for replies, then finally refund was given, would not refund on card used only iban transfer, which I did as by this time I was tired of it all, which they chose shared fees and cost me to receive my refund back, be careful using this company
