I ordered a sauna a few months ago and, to be honest, I had to wait a little longer than expected. I was a little worried because I couldn't wait to get it, but luckily, the customer service was really great – someone always answered the phone, explained everything, and told me what to do.When the sauna finally arrived, all the anxiety of waiting was gone. The quality is really good – the wood is solid, it looks elegant and impressive. The installation was also without any major problems, although I had to call and ask a few times, but the service representative helped and everything was okay.I use it practically every week now, and it was really worth it. The sauna works great, it's super relaxing after work, and overall I'm very satisfied, it makes you feel better.Even though it took a little longer than expected, it was worth it. The customer service is a big plus and the product is really good. I can confidently recommend it.
We orderd a sauna from quality spa they are a good company to buy from,and Gager Esatates and maintaince handled the installaion process they were professional ,hard working and always ready to accomadte and answer any question about the job at hand ,I couldnt be more happier with the service i have recived ,i would highley recommemded this companie for any installions .
Reviewed previously in June and provided 1 star as I ordered a sauna in February and it hadn’t arrived by June. We claimed the refund via credit card company as the promised refund never arrived. The sauna eventually arrived at the end of July and we paid again once received. Very happy with the quality of the sauna and ease to put together with my husband. Had the sauna arrived much sooner I would have happily provided a 5 star review however the customer service and delivery delays has been disappointing.
I ordered a sauna in August. It arrived a week ago, the installers came three days after delivery and assembled the sauna in two days. Overall, the quality is very good, the 6 kW stove heats the sauna to a high temperature. Contact with the customer service department was also smooth, I highly recommend this company.
Ordered a sauna from this company. Once ordered and they took my money nearly £4000 I called the number on their website which doesn’t work. I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order so was quite concerned that I’d been scammed. After several attempts to make contact to no avail I was extremely concerned as you can imagine. I finally managed to make contact via email and although the site I ordered off was a uk website I later found out this company is in Poland. I asked for a refund once they emailed me back which I was told will be within the next 14 days this was July 2nd. Now over 6 weeks later and daily excuses from their “accounts team” ceo and various other people I’m still yet to receive my refund. It will be processed today you will receive it Monday, I’ve had that for the last 6 weeks and think that I’ve just been scammed and I’m not going to receive my money back. After reading other reviews it seems I’m not the only one. I have no sauna and am 4K out of pocket. I will update this review if I do actually receive a refund but it’s looking like I will have to take this to the relevant authorities to claim my money back, which is a shame because I’ve been very patient but have been fed a pack of lies from this so called company. If you want my advise AVOID this company.
Very poor customer service. For starters they told me they had a completed sauna in stock and that deliver would be 2 weeks. I paid within an hour. After 2 weeks I contacted them to see where my sauna was and they said it was being made in the factory and would be many more weeks. It’s now 8th August and I paid 20th June and still no sign of my sauna. I emailed them on 28th July to get an order update. No response. I emailed again on 31st July. No response. I emailed again on 5th August. No response. I’ve also tried multiple times to call the UK number that was on their website and no one answers. Is this a scam? I’m starting to think so.
