DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Was told 7-8 weeks for delivery which has tuned into 10-11 weeks and now being told another 5-6 weeks. Im constantly being told different stories by different people. Absolute scam of a companyI’ve been on the chat with them all afternoon so how dare you try and discredit this review. Why don’t you check order 1092 then get back to me !!!!
Think this company might be a scam! Ordered a Sauna in February - I have emailed Quality Spa on numerous occasions, I've been reassured that it's on it's way and I'm given a new date for arrival on 4 separate occasions now. Still waiting. Serious doubts that this sauna will ever materialise!

I spent A LOT of time researching and reviewing different saunas and suppliers. Korneliousz and Alan at Quality Spa helped guided me though the minefield and literally answered hundreds of my questions via their real-time chat function on the website. I must have changed my mind three times and pestered them with all my queries. They were super helpful and considerate throughout the process. It took me three days to research what I wanted, and contact with 4 other companies, but I decided to go with Quality Spa for three reasons 1) Confidence in the advice I was given 2) Really competitive pricing. 3) Unbeatable customer service.
I start to think that this site is a scam. Advice to all - stay away from this company. I ordered my sauna on March 2, paid 100% including the assembly. I am still waiting for it - 5th month. No proactive communication from the company, but when I contact via chat or email - excuses and promises are made, but then nothing happens. If I get my sauna after all - I will write in this chat, and hope to be able to share a good experience. If you do not see my report that I received my sauna - it means that it is a scam, and I will be taking a legal action against the company
I'm extremely happy with my sauna purchase from this company. The quality of the sauna is outstanding , solid materials, excellent craftsmanship, and beautiful design. The entire buying process was smooth and professional, and the installation went perfectly. The final setup looks amazing and works flawlessly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality sauna and great customer service.
