bought a cup, for my daughter thinking she would have a great time being able to watch it be made and she can pick which colours, well how wrong was I! she is rude we was muted and the cats was all over the work space and the cup!! Disgusting. tried to tell her to cancel the cup but was muted by a mod. Not only was the cats alll over the cup but she was wiping her nose with her hand and then touching the cup! luckily I took screenshots as she has a no returns policy! I email her numerous times no reply, I went in her live to ask and she blocked me. I ended up having to do a charge back through my bank, she then emailed me to say she was going to despute it because I hadn't made contact! I sent over the screen shots of the cup being made and I won the dispute. she treats people like rubbish and the way she speaks about/to people is unbelievable!please for the love of god DO NOT ORDER from her! she has changed her name so many times due to bad reviews.
Ordered 2 cups only recieved 1 in the box , sent many emails to be ignored , asked on her live to be called a liar and told im ruining her business how disgusting , she wonders why she gets hate all through her own ignorance I supported this women many many times never ever ever again do not buy anything off her !
If you ate looking to buy custom cups o would advise you to go elsewhere.This person claiming to have a business it's a joke..The way she speaks to people is disgusting but it will happily take the money and the block you.Her personal hygiene is very questionable wiping sweat from her face then touching the cups that are being made.Her cats wander all over the desk these items are made on.The cats have worms hanging from the backsides and she knows it..She also eats food in the same place if environmental health went in to her house they would have a field day.She doesn't respond to "Customers" because she is too busy flirting /stalking other females.She had no clue about GDPR and often leaks people details on live streams.Absolutely vile on one of her lives you can actually hear her scratching whatever it was then the waistband of the shorts pinging back did she go wash her hands .... NO she didn't.She really needs reported and removed from social media..Save your money and go elsewhere
Where is my money? I ordered 2 cups four weeks ago and was told I would get a refund the same day but after nine days still no refund. I emailed with a reminder about my refund and told my order cannot be found and now ignores all further emails. The cups are made live on TikTok so I tried there but I've been blocked for asking about my refund. I have now started a complaint with Shopify as this is unsatisfactory as a business.
Where do I even begin? ordering a tote bag,to then see her cat sat on ironing board next to a bag Rachel was in process of making for another customer and one was also sat on the desk opposite,her cats are always roaming round her work space she feeds them her dinner off her plate at the work space,sorry it’s just disgusting knowing she also makes cups and has 4 cats all over the working area and also playing with packing peanuts that she uses for customers items,put me right off.
