Disgusting no sanitation cats walking on the surfaces where cups being made cats have worms hangout there bum in visual view of live stream I have no issues with cats I have them myself but mine are cared for. Very rude to customers asking questions very sarcastic you get blocked for asking a simple question, she wipes sweat on her hands and clothes she only sprays water no anti bac doesn't send orders, she gets people to confirm postcodes on live people mite not be comfortable with doing so breach of data protection her while thing is a sham
I wish I could give this zero. I ordered a cup and firstly the box was bashed looking, which may not be her fault due to delivery issues I don’t know where to begin. In the process of making my cup i was being muted and I wasn’t able to communicate with her on what I would like on my cup, her mod muted me as I asked for a different wrap as I changed my mind. So I ended up with a cup in which wrap Rachel chose. Her customer service is real bad , she has a bad attitude and looks angry when she made my cup. I wish i had not of ordered and payed more attention to the people who are exposing her for who she really is. This is not good . I wouldn’t recommend to buy a cup from Rachel, she came up on my fyp page and I seen last night she is now selling 1.49 cups from b&m and she is selling them for 4 times the price , this is sick , i now know that she is in it for greed and she did not respond to my email to raise my concern my cup was just shipped out and that’s not what way I wanted my design to look
Breaching consumer law for online sales. Any online sale is allowed a 14 day cooling off period in which a full refund for any reason. The cups are not "personalised" and therefore completely eligible for refunds. She blocks anyone that asks questions and is arrogant. Her cups are purchased from b&m, home bargains and the decals are ai generated tat. Do not purchase from her she is NOT a legitimate business
I ordered a cup from here over a week ago now I have not received it. I messaged and asked why my email was being ignored on her live stream politely and I was blocked by admins. So now I have no cup and no email responses from the seller. It’s an absolute shambles I wouldn’t even call it a business.
Think Rachel needs looking into as she hasn't got any hygiene whatsoever, I admit I haven't ordered anything from her and to be honest I wouldn't with what I have seen, she lets her cats sit on things knowing full well the cats have worm's and she isn't bothered one bit about that also she doesn't wear gloves it's just plan discussing she doesn't change her clothes and is very rude to some customers also, I feel sorry for the people that do get these cups as they could pick up anything from them cups especially if it's a CHILD and someone with lower immune system that can pick up any infection this business needs to be shut down asap before someone's CHILD ends up in hospital or some people that have health problems as this is very dangerous!!!
Cups are made in an environment with zero hygiene - her cats, who are confirmed to have worms, are left to lay on the cups delivery boxes (as can be seen on TikTok, where Rachel is HAPPILY filming her cats sleeping on them) and her cats can also be seen walking all over Rachel’s work station while she is on live making the cups. No consideration for her customers at all. If you are planning to buy from her, please re-consider.
Do not buy anything from this person they are vile and needs some looking into how she talks to potential customers she asking for zip code on live to prove you are not a troll then mentions personal details all on live save your money if you are thinking of buying there are better people out there making the same cups for a lot cheaper and you won't have to worry about cat worms around your cups
