I ordered from Rachel not being aware of what to expect I didn't realize till after receiving the cup that it has come from a house with cats this needs to make people aware if they have allergies with animals to avoid. Over all for the cup the design was what I asked for, the lid of the cup was not the cleanest. I then did my research a bit more and found this person on another platform and I watched the live stream and it turns out only the one but off the cup is wiped over and not the top. The only good thing that came out of receiving this was the thankyou sticker and the cup clean instructions. Please do your research before purchasing
This review could not be more accurate I can happily be called a troll I can sleep at night knowing iv been honest m. I ordered a flask cup when she first opened up.im all for supporting small businesses im aware she has cats I’m not allergic and would give my cup a really good clean anyway so wasnt too cautious to be honest. My cup arrived on Saturday my husband took the order in when he bought it in to me I was disgusted the box was swollen with liquid and absolutely stink of cat urine was that bad the peanuts inside had discoloured and gone sticky the box was split in the corner as the box was soggy the cats had clearly used my parcel as a cat post as there was a lot of scratch marks in the cardboard.i can’t rate the cup as once I seen the soggy packing peanuts it went straight in the bin and how I know it was cat wee is because my dog who is spotless in my house cocked his leg on the box DIRTY VILE HUMAN NOT ANSWERS ANY EMAILS. New buyers need to be made aware before they experience what I did.not everyone who leaves a bad review is a troll like myself we wanted to support a small business I will be so wary now of new businesses that’s how angry I am. The money iv wasted could of gone on a cup from Asda
This lady needs banning from selling her disgustingly dirty, cat worm filled, unhygienic cups!!! Her cat was seen passing a worm on her Tiktok live within centimetres of a cup she was making. She proceeded to finish said cup and without using gloves or any sanitizer, she packed that cup to send off. She had around 1k of people in that live telling her of the issue and she ignored every one. She is VERY rude to potential customers who are asking genuine questions like do you resin the stoppers, are they kid safe etc and she down right makes the whole thing to be a joke. She is continually using racism and xenophobic words and has been banned on her multiple Tiktok accounts for a few days at a time but unfortunately it isn't enough. She needs removing from Tiktok and should have a warning banner on her Shopify account that she DOES NOT comply with basic hygiene and such. Her cups are nothing more than B&M ones that she sticks a sticker on. She uses the word decal to try and sound better but ultimately it's a sticker. A letter and email have been sent to Monmouth County Council trading standards (of which she states she has been visited by them, but clearly hasn't been) to again outline the issues here. Shopify, do your due diligence too and see what she's selling via your platform. I think you need to address this as a matter of urgency before a customer takes it further!!
Ordered a Cup from RachelsCupsCustoms she made the cup on Tiktok live in front of 900 people. i felt humiliated and bullied by the trolls and rachel whilst she was making my cup by then i couldn’t request a refund cup was already made.tried to ask for a refund via email no reply.my experience has been terrible and has made my Anxiety very high have even lost sleep over this due to stress of it all.i suggest anyone who buys from rachelsCupsCustoms to be cautious and wary as she’s not a very nice person. . she has poor customer service and very poor hygiene around her products she sells. They cats sleep on boxes where package is used for product and the cats have worms. very concerning. if i had known before ordering i wouldn’t have ordered.
Where shall I start !! Do not buy from Rachel Skinner. Her customer service and her attitude is absolutely shocking, talks to people on her tik tok live stream like dirt, and if you complain on her live or by her business email she blocks you. Her hygiene is discusting, eating over customers orders and allows her cats which both have worms and in season to walk all over her desk where she's making the cups. My cup arrived with a cat hair on, and the box damaged and tape all coming off the box. So be careful ordering from her, as if you don't recieve your cup.or arrives damaged she will just block you thinking your a troll. I'm absolutely shocked how customers are being treated.we ask a genuine question she blocks you and then calls you a troll.This is no way to run a buisness.She is very deceitful.Thank goodness I didn't get to order as iv found out the how unprofessional this person is.
Absolutely disgusting vile human being: no cleanliness - Allows her animals whom have worms to walk all over her working area.Touches her face /nose all the time and doesn’t use cleansing materials.Is extremely RUDE to customers whom have a query. Claims to ask you to email her yet she DOESNT read her emails as said so online. Reported this business to HMRC as she buys her cups from home bargain and sells them on at a big profit….AVOID AGOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
EDIT 2 - *HAS NOW CHANGED NAMES AGAIN - “Rachel’s customs” the picture is a highland cow holding a cup* *HAS NOW CHANGED BUSINESS NAMES TO AVOID ALL THESE REVIEWS - Holy Cow Customs*This individual is making cups with absolutely no clue how to make them. She is using solution that will turn mouldy and glitter that seeps colour. She also isn’t sealing them correctly and stoppers are able to be pulled out, which is so dangerous, especially with them being targeted towards children (a lot of them) Customer service is non existent, she openly admits that she will not check emails and constantly blocks any single person who tries to rectify things in her live. Cups are splitting etc, she still isn’t interested. Cup meant to come with a straw? It won’t. After all that, if you’re still think about purchasing, make sure you have worming tablets on hand because you’ll need them. Two cats with worms hanging out their bum, crawling all over every surface, laying on cup boxes and her work area. She also constantly wipes her nose, mouth and hair before going back to touching cups, without any sanitation at all. All in all, a 0 star experience for all.
