Her cups are amazing, you get the customise them to your own colours and pick every part of the design process yourself! She’s doing amazing but unfortunately people get very jealous of successful people so there are a lot of malicious reviews being left from people who aren’t even customers!!!I have ordered multiple different cups for the girl and me and my children are enjoyed watching our cups be made on live so we got to pick all the details for our cups! Amazing quality cups that will last a life time. All came packaged amazingly, bubble wrapped boxed and more packing inside every time for safe delivery. 10/10, highly recommended. They would make great gifts or a nice treat for yourself, who doesn’t love a new cup :) one of a kind designs so your unique cup stands out, I always get compliments at the office and the kids say their friends have asks their parents if they can get their own cups made
I was a potential buyer, curiously asking questions on her live and I was ignored over and over. She’s extremely rude and arrogant. Claims BENEFITS and thankfully I didn’t buy because she sells poorly made cups, one was a choking hazard for a child.
So I’ve heard a lot of negative stuff about this person from TikTok. Seems all the information is completely correct. Her mods don’t allow people to ask questions without blocking/muting them so I’m not sure how she expects to run this business if everything is done on live. She’s frequently rude, condescending, ignorant and woe betide you if you have a question about your order. Honestly there are far more professional people selling what she sells that actually offer a genuine personalisation of a cup and they’re not using the personalisation to get out of distance selling regulations. Honestly, buy a cup and a decal from B&M or something and make it yourself. It’ll be a lot cheaper than buying from this charlatan and you’ll have actually have some rights and not be ignored. That’s not even going through the cats that have worms, frequent wiping of her nose on clothes, constant messing with her hair, dirty work surfaces, sending cups out that are filthy.
Rachel is lovely makes all cups in front of you live on tiktok, I watch Rachel daily she loves to have banter due to trolls consistently degrading her due to stuff she done years ago! People forget wee all have a past. Rachel cleans cups regularly during the process. Yes Rachel has pets an has never hid that from anyone she will willing show of her cat and hamster with nothing to hide. Rachel is trying to do something good yet people will not let her past be left there. She may joke about worms in cups but if u have 2k viewers and 20 plus are all writing in comments do worms come free she laughs an agrees yes worms come free with cups no straws with cups drink from the worm its all banter to the trolls. Have the reviews here are trolls who haven't even bought a cup and are genuinely just trying to ruin her for her past.
Absolutely smug dirty individual she thinks the sun shines out of her cups. She dint even no how to make them properly let alone sell them. Customer service is non existent. She will get closed down in the end but will somehow blame it on everyone else and say she had to close her website down due to trolls. Running back to Lucy every 2 minutes and having arguments on live yet she calls her business professional. Professional for prats more like 🤣
Rachel! This cup was absolutely amazing! My child and my wife loved it! I got it them for their birthday, yes they share the same birthday! The Decals were inspiring. Shannon absolutely loved the good Mom decal and Amy absolutely adores her true crime one! Watching you make it live, with all the love you bring, enjoying you play with your cats. I couldn’t believe the effort you put. Would one hundred percent recommend!
No customer skills. The ways she talks to customers is awful. And has no concerns for allergies. Doesn't wash her hands and leaves cups on the floor.. cats lay down and walk over her work space and they have worms as she has said herself. Wipes her nose and sweat with her hands as she prepares the cups
Received the cup on Saturday and had been packaged appallingly. The cup had somehow arrived scratched beyond use and the decals had already started peeling off. Found a few cat hairs inside and there was no straw. Having looked further into the lady I wish I had avoided purchasing. Extremely disappointed for what seemed a high price.
