Watching her TikTok lives is sickening! Her attitude towards customers is absolutely vile! She lacks personal hygiene (wipes her sweat and picks her nose while making and packing orders), she also eats and drinks where the cups are being made. Not forgetting to mention that her cats have worms hanging out of their bottoms, and they walk on the table that the cups are prepared on!Overall, she’s absolutely vile and disgusting. Avoid at all costs!
Avoid so rude and very ignorant. Ordered a cup last week not received so I checked my order for it to say cancelled no explanation why it was cancelled. I tried emailing her no reply I asked her on live to answer my email and she blocked me. Customer service is rubbish please don't buy save your money.
I'm gobsmacked ..I've actually watched some of the lives and my eyes are glued open not only by the vile abuse she gives customers but the worms dangling from the cats bum as it shifts across the work station touching everything .. I love cats but they shouldn't be in there .And what's with all the her body sweat being shared amongst the cups being shipped out .. body fluids contain bacteria, Infections and diseases .Picking her nose and even using her teeth to cut the packing tape , come on please someone do something
My cup was covered in fingerprints I found a small hair inside as well not to mention the rancid smell coming from the packing box it smelt of pish I gave my cup a few days to see how the durability is and it’s awful the decal came off in a few days I tired to get in touch with the owner but they have simply blocked me I’ve never dealt with such appalling service
Cup arrived outer box bashed in within a day the glitter had separated half at the top rest at the bottom I’m guessing wrong ratio of liquid emailed her many times all ignored and no reply rude to customers on her lives and constant sexual talk and innuendos cats walking over working area disgusting
This vile excuse of a human has no customer service, she moans about anything and everything and the stuff that comes out of its mouth is disgusting. She has to make everything and everything sexual, she looks like a bull dog sucking on a wasp. She is obsessed with kids, pretty much everything she’s selling is aimed for kids. She is vile to people, talks to very young people in a sexual manner, she’s a racist and a bully, again bullied a young man who’s in a wheelchair. She claims to have been put in a refuge and has ptsd, autism, depression the list goes on but also claims to have only been to see a doctor twice in her life. Yeah ok rach! She laughed and bullied a young man because he was in care as a youngster and openly bullied him and ridiculed him on a live. She lies about everything, her own family member has exposed her as a lying and vindictive human. And as for her poor animals they should be taken away from her, they are clearly suffering and have worms that have been seen on a live on TikTok. She’s not bothered to sort them out, she scammed people for money to get her cats neutered but never did get them done she spent the money on a holiday for her and her girlfriend. She is horrible. She constantly looks like she’s sucking a lemon, she just looks like she’s not a nice person, she was awful to one of her exes kids,, she’s just obsessed with kids. Just look up fact freak on YouTube and you will see a video exposing her. Also several cam 2 and exposure pages on TikTok. Please don’t buy from her, she is just a scam artist!
Awful attitude I wanted to order soon said get stocking up Halloween soon & been blocked I was ordering 6 for Halloween 2 for daughters birthday. Found very similar in home bargins way nicer n better … don’t shop with this awful women at guide stinks
