I've not bought from Rachel but watched her on her lives. She's rude, arrogant and unhygienic on all levels. She lets her cats wander all over the work area and around the cups. She has an email set up for complaints but never replies then instead she sings about cups being damaged thinking she's funny when it's unprofessional. Her cups are shocking hazard for young children which she cannot see. As a small business owner myself this really annoys me how she has got over a 100 orders in a week and I struggle on a monthly basis
0⭐️ is more appropriate but you can't go any lower on a review. However, I will say unless you want a mockery made of you on a public platform, and being labelled a troll by Rachel for ordering from her then i would shop here. Otherwise avoid, majority of the time she will take orders and spend the money before shipping out, meaning she then refuses a refund to you (unreasonable grounds apparently) because your cup is not damaged according to her. To be honest if you've got this far on the review just watch her videos via YouTube, Google, Discord and Tiktok to find out more information anyway
Ordered a snow globe cup and it came with an added extra normally a nice experience from an grateful seller, not this time it was what I can only describe as a hair ball left inside of my cup, it was a ball shape covered in a mucus and hair. Tried to contact for a refund to be told I was a liar….
I watched rachels live stream tonight and the way she spoke to a customer was absolutely disgusting. The lady had placed an order and the way Rachel works she demands the customer to put there last 3 of the postcode on a live stream to Confirm this is the customer, in front of up to 2000 people, anyway this lady was putting her postcode and was then muted by rachels mods, rachel continued to ask for the postcode knowing the customer was muted, rachel then said she was choosing for the customer instead due to no postcode, when the whole point of this is custom cups to how the customer wants the cup to be, the customer came in on another account to tell rachel that she was muted to which rachel replies with 'too late' I've chosen for you, we have moved on, this was after the chat having to tell rachel over and over ahain that the lady was muted, she spoke like utter rubbish on not only this live stream but all the other too, she is rude, makes lots of derogatory comments, puts her sweat from her face and hair onto the cups, allows her cats who have worms, (also seen on the live hanging from the cats behind) to be all over the desk she works from and also sitting on packing boxes, causing the risk to others pets when these boxes are delivered. I'd avoid at all costs, this is not a buisness I'd want to be supporting,I've seen other customers asking normal questions also be blocked, refunds be refused, customers be muted from the chat, customers saying they have emailed several times with no replies, the way these customers are treated is beyond anything I've seen before and it's totally unacceptable,
I ordered 2 snow globe cups from this company for my kids. The girl claimed they were sent 2 weeks ago. No tracking info. When i challenged her she blocked me via email and tik tok so I'm now £30 down with no items. Terrible way to treat people. Very upset.
Well reading all these reviews is crazy I have a cup business and I would definitely not do what this women does. And why is she not sealing the stoppers on her tumblers even if they are not snow globe ones crazy well I’m here for anyone who is needing cups lol and tumblers.
Terrible quality, can get the cups in home bargain for a couple of pounds. The stoppers are resined in to kids can easily take them out and put in mouth causing choking. Cats consistently jumping up on desk not good if you’re allergic to cats and receive one with hair in it
Can’t take constructive criticism so you’ve no chance of getting a refund or replacement if one is needed. She/he is an amateur and really doesn’t have a clue how to make the cups professionally and doesn’t have any standard of hygiene. Blocks you the second you state an issue or question something. Not good for business and lacks any common sense. I would purchase else where for longevity and hygiene purposes.
