Review Time
I spent 2 hours to find out that storage location in Cologne airport , they keep asking me to go to the Flex to go car rental and it turn out that Flex to go is not providing this services . So we back and forth to exchange the email with CS and call the Flex to go office . Finally we figure out Flex to go has never provided this services ( they intended ,but final cancelled their deal with Radical storage ) ,and somehow Radical storage still using their information and provided their contact in the apps . We got the refund at the end, however we already spent 2 valuable hours in our last day . Really frustrated with this awful arrangement
