Terrible experience with Radical Storage! I booked luggage storage for 2 bags at 78 Commercial St, London E1 6LY on 27th February 2025 via their website. However, when I arrived, the shop owner refused to accept my luggage, saying they are no longer partnered with Radical Storage. I was left stranded with my bags and unable to use the service I paid for.To make matters worse, Radical Storage has yet to issue my refund, despite this being entirely their mistake. Unreliable service, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Avoid at all costs!
This is an amazing place with great owners that take good care of your luggage. As its a coffee /aperitivo bar they also serve great coffee (or even a spritz) while you wait for your train to the airport for instance.Would really recommend them.
