Turkish barbers by Miah known as Galway Station on the app, offers use of radical storage.We spoke with the barber and agreed a pickup time that was 1 hour before the stores closing time. When we showed up to collect, the shop was closed and lights off.We called the owner, he refuses to mail the bag to Dublin, it would be a 9 hour round trip for me to pick it back up.Untrustworthy barber that doesn't honour his services, do not use this shop for storage. We also contacted the apps customer support, they insisted that we had to pick it up from them.I stored my bag with this company for 4 hours, turning into weeks before I get it back thanks to some friends visiting Galway who can pick it up for us. Disgraceful customer service.
Scam practice in Rue Montyon 13 Paris, we received reminder mails to welcome us to store our luggage. Arriving there it appeared Radical Storage did no longer exist there. I had paid the storage costs, no one reachable by phone, the chatbot was still functioning well, I am very very angry with these scam and fraudulent activities and would like to get my money back. Had to go look for other storage (other company, which was trustful) so paid double. Thank you very much for this radical storage grrrrr it would be appreciated if you react and refund my payment. Update: received a message that I will get refunded. Thankful for that!
Got to the storage place and he charged us extra, even though I paid for 5 bags and left 5 bags he charged us for an extra 3. Didn't give us a receipt and had to pay via his card machine. I told him I would book it again through radical storage and he got quite aggressive. I had 5 children with me (3 with autism) so had no choice but to pay extra as the children were getting upset. Will never use this storage place again. He was a complete con artist
