The booking online was hassle-free but the location provided for storage (a branch of 7-eleven) was not accepting storage and I was told that it was due to the system error.For this reason, I had to walk for approx. 600 metres with 4 suitcases to get to another location.My experience would had been lot better if this technical error could be avoided as the winters in Tromso are not really favourable for walking with the luggage to get to the right location.
I made mistake in my reservation and needed of admin support. No body answer me for 3 hours. I booked for the same day and wasn’t possible to wait in airport so long time for that I paid new reservation for my suitcases. At the airport no body knows about your baggage service and I paid twice. Too late your admin answered for cancellation and didn’t return my money. I don’t need money in my account because never will use your services again. It’s not helpful annd easy for travelers. Krasimira
Please be careful that there is extra mandatory guarantee fee 1.75 pounds per luggage which is 35% of the storage fee and non-refundable. This is absurd and not necessary. Suggest to choose other company which costs only 4 pounds in total.
