Review Time
There was no one there when I went to drop my luggage, but she came fairly quick enough.I didn't realise it was another name tho, so took me bit of time to find it, I was searching for 'radical', maybe make this a bit clearer next time? Bag easy to pick up as was there waiting for me.
Was well located, useful and efficient once we found the relevant store. At least for this location the service could have benefited from the relevant store having some signage to indicate it provided the Radical Storage, because the address and map coordinates weren't really sufficient to pinpoint the store and it took us a little bit of time to locate it.
I was looking for Luggage storage that’s open late near Tokyo station, as I was going to a concert then catching a flight right afterwards. This place was conveniently located. Not sure why another reviewer says it’s difficult to find; it isn’t, if you can figure out the name of the establishment (and can read Japanese.) Alternatively, look for the Radical Luggage sticker on the store’s door. They open at 4 pm sharp though, so don’t expect to drop your bags a second earlier than that. Retrieval was easy as well. Staff were very efficient. It’s a smoking establishment though, so if this bothers you, you might want to reconsider. ( I’m a non-smoker and it was fine for my luggage for a couple of hours)
This company is just joke and scam, they use partners and they dont even check them, i left my bag in 24/7 storage in barcelona, before my flight i go to take it out and its just closed, maybe stolen i dont know, support doesnt answer, i didnt leave my bag very usualy coz they are closing at one time when i need it and decided to leave it here and lost everything i had with me, good i didnt leave my passport there. P.S. sory for my english
