Check in and check out experiences were smooth. The only concerning thing is that our luggage was in a big room with a ton of other luggage but no way of identifying it as ours. When we went to pick up luggage i could have just pretended that someone else’s stuff was mine and taken it which is a little concerning. I think it would be beneficial to utilize a tagging system or even implement a photo system where the person working photographs your luggage and it attached to your reservation so when you pick it up they see the picture and verify you’re actually taking your items.Other than that the process is great and super helpful when you don’t want to lug your hiking packs around town all day!
Do not use this company they are the worst to deal with! Did not have correct address or support services working, we couldn’t get ahold of anyone, the 24/7 chat was not operating on a Sunday??? What a terrible experience as we tried to find the place in a gated area with incorrect location. Walking around with my family and we have all our suitcases for an hour trying to find it before giving up then the person I asked for a refund offers me a voucher to use the service again? I can think of better things I just want a refund!
Great Idea and concept, though i wish theyd be more specific as to what the venue is you will be leaving your luggage at. I thought it was a safe locker or something at the train station, but turned out i was just dropping it at a random cafe nearby.
