cancellataion policy

I did not use the storage because my plan changed and I did not have luggage. I wrote to the support team and requested to cancel the order.By now I do not have an answer how the paid amount will be returned to me.

Don’t do it

Don’t do it. The store in Paris were I booked my storage didn’t work with the company anymore. Already for more than a year. This store told me that he didn’t get paid by the company. I was in trouble, in the middle of Paris with all my bags and I already paid for it.

lugagge storage for istanbul…

We booked lugagge storage for istanbul for a day. When we we went to the siggested location , the hotel said they arent working with them anymore . so we had to contact the website via support . They werent quickly responsive and took alot of time to pick new location . It costed us our time and we missed the bus and entire plan got upset . But the thing that surprised us the most is weve booked the storage just two days before the scheduled date and the hotel said theyve stopped working with them from a week. Crazy how they alloted that hotel for us . However ; in Cappadocia, the lugagge storage went smooth. So if you are assigned nupera hotel in istiklal,istanbul . Do contact the aupport immediately. Also; if you book directly on spot with the storage , itll cost you less as they do it for as less as 10euros . Theough the website costed us 20 euros

Search engine needs improvement

Search engine needs improvement. Staff was helpful but customers need to be able to cancel reservations themselves and locations need to be vetted more. First place just put my bag in a room. Second place didn’t know why I was there.
