RAIN IS THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY EVER.YOU CONTACT THE CALL CENTER THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND SAID THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK THEY NEVER DO THEY JUST SENT YOU A EMAIL IF YOU ARE LUCKY BUT AFTER THAT YOU DONT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND RAIN TO ANYONE.THEY QUICKLY WANT TO TAKE THE R825 ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH BUT WHEN IT GET TO SERVICES THEY ARE USELESS.

Poor connection and horrible customer care

The company has extremely poor customer service. They are quick to call for an upgrade but cannot return a call when you have billing issues. The connection is poor. Worst decision I made.I have left messages on both Facebook and WhatsApp and was on hold for 12 minutes with no help.

Excellent Customer Service from Ana Nina Rose De Pena…when my wife called to enquire about our account and they got cut off she made sure she calls us back to find out what is query about and she assisted me with a blink of an eye…she went above and beyond to assist me making sure i hangup the call as a happy client…u deserve a promotion Ana🥰

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. They never get back to you no matter how many tickets you log. I missed one payment and I settled the amount immediately yet they still cut me off from wifi services because the payment "was still processing".
