The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever, when I was not getting any help and my router was not working ,and I wanted to end the contract , the service consultants were happy to process even when I told I them that all I wanted was them to resolve my issue.I was told i was going to billed for the next full month while I am unable to router.

Nomakhwezi is professional and client oriented. She is respectful, while having patience with me, listen to my requests and executed exactly what I required without wasting time. She far exceeded the expectations. She was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about rain product. She is the best salesperson/ advisor I have met. Her professionalism is beyond imagination.
