Only one star missing because previous order couldn't be delivered as no florist in the area available at that time, but was professionally handled. This time, with late order the eve before Valentine, they still got a delivery in, although late in the day. Thanks!
As a birthday present I sent flowers, ordered them 2 days up front but still we had to call them the day after the birthday since no flowers were delivered.
When delivering the flowers, the person in charge told us he didn't receive the order until after we charged a complained.
The flowers were great, but unfortunately they didn't deliver them on time. So bad service for me.
A confirmation mail that the flowers have been delivered well, (Date and hour) would be very helpful...
I don't think it is my task to ask the receiver if she was happy with her flowers, and more, she can not know the correctness of the delivery....
