Very friendly and correct

Good service + bad timing

The service was as advertised.
The flowers looked good.
But I added a remark that nobody was home between 17:00 and 18:00 and of course... when did they try to deliver? So we got our flowers from a neighbour when we got back home... It's a pitty they obviously don't care for you remarks...

We don't have very good neighbours so we were lucky that one of the friendlier ones got the flowers, otherwise we probably never would have seen them!

Not happy about the service

The flowers came too late. After a phonecall it was handled but the person on the phone was absolutely not kind. I ordered for the first time and it will be my last time! Tip: call the flower store directly. Regiobloemist is not worth the extra cost.

Everything is as you'd expect. Nothing amazing nothing shocking. I did email them after my order but never heard back which is not good but then again my question had automatically resolved itself.

Amazing service

I had to change the date of my delivery to a Saturday on the day! They were very quick to respond to my request and as promised was delivered on the day. Considering I live overseas, I was worried that the request may not get through in time, but this was not a problem. If you want to make a persons special day even more special, choose Regiobloemist!

There was no. Card by delibereren

I ordered flowers à bottleneck of wine and à box of chocolats, together with à Card with Our namens On iT , by delibereren there was no. Card so The recieven had to call to The shop to ask from who iT was,thans a pitty

Waiting for notification of delivery!

I found the web site friendly, and easy to process the order for a very nicely described "Funeral Flower Arrangement". Ordering from the USA for delivery in Brussels, I did/would like to know the arrangement was delivered. If confirmed, I would be a very happy and most likely repeat customer.
