Review Time
When we had furniture that we needed to move out of our apartment, we wanted to donate it where it could be used best. We reached out to several companies and only Resupply responded. Through the website and text/email communication, the pick up transaction was arranged for a convenient time and day. The glitch happened when the driver didn't show up due to a misunderstanding on his part. Communication with Resupply to try to fix the situation at that point felt slow, but eventually worked out. Everyone we worked with were professional and pleasant. We would recommend Resupply.
Resupply has been great to work with. They are efficient and take great care when moving items out of your home. Setting up an appointment is so easy and you are updated via text message and email about timing and your estimate which is super helpful.
Was amazed that I could schedule pickup so quickly. Everything went smoothly. My one minor quibble is that the digital screen the movers asked me to sign requested a tip. I hadn't factored in the cost of a tip when I originally completed the order online. I was happy to tip but would have appreciated a heads up.
The two movers were able to successfully remove the European Armoire and floral sofa from the house to the truck. It took some thinking on Chet's part to maneuver the Armoire through the doorway, down the stairs and over the bottom of the stair rail, and out the front door. The two young men then assisted us with moving another piece of furniture from one bedroom to another, where the armoire was located. I gave them some Gatorade to replenish, and some chocolate truffles to the job well done.
