It was easy to schedule and arrange for pickup online. The communication about the pickup was very good from emails to the actual call from the vendor. He was very courteous and respectful. They were in and out and the actual billed receipt was emailed to me once the actual work was verified and estimated. The experience was quite professional and exceeded standards.
From the first call to get information and schedule pickup, to follow-up communication, and the collection itself, everything was handled professionally. The movers who came to pick up the furniture treated me and my home with respect, and were very kind!
