Pick up was 2 hours late. Charged way more than original quotation, even after lengthy discussion with pick up service during set up. Arrived with a full trailer and had to rearrange everything in my driveway-literally breaking items into pieces to fit them. Told me the items I donated would go to the dump even though the bed was pristine but they did want to keep the extremely crappy office chairs. Won’t donate to you again in a million years.
