I ordered a bathing suit and a dress from retro stage. The order came very quickly and the quality of the items is great. Unfortunately the dress was not a good look on me and I wanted to exchange it. Yomi in the customer service department was very helpful and worked it out so I could exchange the dress for a different item. Given everything, I will definitely be ordering from this company again and am very pleased with how they do business.
This company is awesome! I bought a bathing suit but ordered the wrong size (totally my fault). So I sent a message to customer service and they have been so helpful! Yomi has been so kind and courteous, working with me to find the best options for me. Not to mention, the clothes are so cute! I will definitely be buying from this company again. I am very happy that I was able to finally get a new swimsuit after the one that I ordered did not fit just right. My customer service representative Yomi walked me through the process easily and I was happy with the quick responses. It was not as straight forward as i was hoping for, but overall I am very happy with the outcome. I am happy with the quality and unique designs from Retro Stage and will be buying from them again.
The clothes are exactly what I was looking for. They arrived all packaged separately, and matched the descriptions on the site. We had one item I needed to return and Yomi was absolutely the best at helping me get it all sorted. We will definitely be ordering again.
The designs are super cute and unique, I truly feel like I will finally be comfortable in my swim wear :) I had one minor issue in which I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but that was entirely on me and Ms. Yomi provided EXCELLENT customer service in helping me get one in the correct size for sooo cheap LUV! xoxo
