The quality of the items were the best! I LOVE shopping from this site. I had an experience with a size issue a couple years ago and it was resolved quickly. This last transaction. I had ordered the wrong size in my swimsuit and Yomi was so helpful and attentive to help me out and get me the right size. :) I really appreciate the effort to get me the right fit because it’s one of the cutest swimsuits I’ve ever owned!!
I absolutely love my experience. I got my bathing suit really really quickly and when they didn’t have the other suit that I wanted, they refunded my money very very quickly. I will be going back and buying another bathing suit. I have not went and bought any sundresses yet but that is also on my list I was helped out by an extremely nice person named Yomi.
I had bought a 1960 polka dot halter pencil dress. I had thought that I had ordered a large but when it arrived it was a small. I looked back and realized that it was my fault and I had ordered small by accident. I reached out to costumer service and spoke with Yomi. Yomi was very helpful and even though it was my mistake she shipped a new one out for free and let me keep the small one. I would definitely recommend retro stage. They're clothes are awesome and the costumer service is great! Thank you Yomi!
Fantastic company and customer service Ordered 2 products and foolishly ordered the wrong size. Customer service was outstanding trying to rectify my mistake especially Yomi who could not have done more. Will use again absolutely
I got the teal polkadot and white dress. The waist was higher than in the picture so I had to do an exchange. The exchange process has been very easy! Yomi has done a great job making sure I have a dress that both fits well and looks great!
This company was very helpful with a return/exchange I wanted to make. When I wasn't pleased with the first order, the second order was excellent. They responded to every text I sent. It's important to be patient with the amount of time transactions may take! I very much like the material and fit of my two dresses. Thank you!
