Until now, I've bought twice at retro-stage. I love the lines of the clothes, it's so cute!!! I had problems with 2 items that was'nt the good size and the customer service, with Yomi, was so easy to use, the contact was great and so respectful! The solutions were easy and totally convenient!!! Retro-stage is really my "go to" when I want to indulge myself with new, beautiful clothes and I'm always sure that if there is something that does'nt fit, it wont be complicated and shameful to solve the problem!! Thanks Retro-Stage and thanks to dear Yomi!!!! Customer service is really what makes a difference when it's time to buy via internet!
I accidentally ordered the wrong size dress. I emailed customer service to find out how I could exchange it for the correct size. Yomi emailed me back quickly with simple instructions on how we correct my mistake. She was so nice and patient with me. The dress itself is beautiful and of decent quality. I can’t wait to wear it! I ordered 3 bathing suits from Retro-Stage. The shipping was fast. The bathing suits are good quality material and well made. They look exactly like the pictures. I love them! Unfortunately, one of them was a little small for me. When I requested an exchange, they responded very quickly. Yomi helped me with the exchange process making it fast and hassle free. I will definitely be a return customer.
So far everything is very nice. The dress is well made for the price. I love the colors and the style. I just wish it was a little tighter on my body. I'm currently in talks with customer service rep, Luna, who is helping me with an exchange. I look forward to getting a smaller dress because the outfit I put together looks amazing.
The swimsuit is absolutely adorable, and very nice quality for such an affordable price. I do recommend sizing up as it does run small. I also love the swim cover, it matches the suit perfectly! Customer service was also very helpful and attentive to my needs. Overall great purchase experience. Will purchase again.
