The quality was good but unfortunately I had to return one of my items because it did not fit. I spoke to Yomi in customer service and they gave me options on how to return/replace the item. I will order from this company again. I can’t wait to wear my new bathing suit on my cruise.
I have purchased 3 dresses for my wife for retro-stage and they were all of great quality. Great prices too. One of the dresses were a little snug and Luna, from the service team took care of us right away. I have already ordered 5 more dresses for my wife and am currently waiting for them. Thanks for your products Retro-stage. My wife is in love with the 50s!
I've been pleasantly surprised with Retro Stage. Full disclosure I got a discount for posting a review as a part of an exchange but I didn't mind posting a review because I've been happy with their services. It's always hard to know if an online company is a legit company but I'm happy to say Retro Stage was legit. I ordered three swimsuits and they came exactly as ordered. I ordered a size up because some of the reviews online said their sizing was smaller than expected but in my experience it was exactly right. So what I ordered was too big. I reached out to their email for an exchange as per their online instructions on one suit in which the size I needed was available. The other two I can probably make work or for the price just order the smaller size and give these away if they are restocked. I'm generally a more conservative dresser so I really like these suits that follow styles from earlier decades when women dressed more conservatively. The quality was decent enough for the price and the suits looked like what they showed online. I would order your exact size as per my experience. The suits aren't perfect though, they can fit tight in some areas and loose in others but I find I have that problem with many well known brands as well and it's also because I'm a bit in between sizes at present. Since they are swimsuits, I'm inclined to go tight more than loose. All in all my experience was good I've had plenty of bad ones when I test out brands that could or could not be legit but this one as far as I'm concerned this company is legit. When I contacted their team online, they reached out to me by phone with a legit business number and responded to my email in 24 hours for the exchanges. I worked with Yomi who was super helpful both online and on the phone. I think people can be a little too harsh when testing out new online stores because they are expecting really high quality or expecting things to come fast. Arguably sometimes you really get poor quality knockoffs. I typically order things well before I need them so I don't mind the wait. And I think it took about a couple weeks to get my order. I think for the price the quality is good enough. I've certainly bought more expensive things of lesser quality. I don't tend to find many sites like them selling more conservative swimsuits so I'm overall very happy with my purchase and my experience with Retro Stage. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them if you like vintage styled clothing.
