I like the fact that the item I purchased arrived quickly instead of waiting forever as I've experienced with other companies. I just love my polka dot blouse, it is so cute!! I can wear it to work or out on a date & the material is such good quality, doesn't seem or appear cheap. I will definitely buy from this site again!
Horrible quality and even worse customer service. Their returns are a joke. No online system—you have to email an individual (with extremely limited business hours), request a return and send them all of the order details they should already have on file, pay and ship your return yourself, send them tracking, and still get no response once they’ve received it. Currently chasing them for a refund even though my package was delivered 15 days ago.
I recently made my 1st order from Retrostage. Im extremely happy with the product - a full length deep green crushed velvety robe - well made and a perfect fit. The customer service was fantastic as well. They were quick to reply to emails - letting me know updates on my purchase from start to finish. I will definitely be looking at their website again for future purchases of Retro/Vintage Style garments. Many Thanks for the offer of a discount on my next purchase - which I look very forward to receiving.
1. quality is poor for the price. it is made of shiny cheap polyester. for the price of the dress, you would expect more natural fibers. most dresses are not even double lined. 2. you have to pay for returns 3. i wanted to return an item. was offered one free item instead of doing a return and received a completely different item. I reached out to address this and they never responded.
This is an updated review as my original review was reported. I guess the truth hurts. Trustpilot is a very good way to get a response from RetroStage. I was being ignored by them until I posted my negative experience with them here. Once I did that , they worked to actually fix the problem. Thank you Trustpilot.
