The Retro Stage dresses have won me over with their irresistible cuteness. My first order with them resulted in a pleasant surprise, with the quality of the dresses being truly exceptional and accurately represented on their website. While I did experience a slight issue with one of the dresses being delivered in the wrong size, their customer support team responded promptly to my email, ensuring a swift resolution. Yomi's exceptional customer service skills were evident in her efficient handling of the issue, and her reassuring demeanor put my mind at ease. I would rate their customer service a perfect 10 out of 10. Having had apprehensions about shopping online in the past, I am delighted to have found a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
I ordered two dresses for my daughter for Christmas end of Nov. and received a week into Jan. In Canada we had a mail strike. But I don't know the actual reason for the delay. I will say I was pleasantly surprised! I tried on the clothes for the review, since I will give them to her for her Birthday. The corduroy dress was a lighter texture than expected. But that made it more comfortable as a dress and not a jacket! The other dress was a heavier cotton. But that made the shape of the style. I sized up for larger breasts and for her thinner waist they both came with belts. At this point I think they are beautiful and well made. I can write a new review after she actually wears them and gives me a solid opinion.
I love Retro Stage! I've ordered multiple times from here and always get the most compliments on anything I buy from here. I especially love the swimsuits, I can't find anywhere that sells cuter, more affordable swimsuits. They are the best! Customer service is always so helpful too. I got 2 different items both the same size. One of the items was the size I figured it would turn out to be. I normally am a large but sized up to xl just incase it ran small. Glad I did. It fit but the pj fabric felt like cheap curtain material.The other item I purchased was also an xl but when I say it was extremely small it was EXTREMELY SMALL. Literally looks like a size for a child I'd say maybe a xs would be more accurate. Waste of money since it was the more pricer item. I would never recommend retro stage to anyone.
I’ve had a great experience with Retro Stage! The dress I ordered was perfect, great quality, nice design, and fit very well. I also ordered a swimsuit that didn’t work out, but the return process was incredibly smooth. I talked to Yomi from the customer service team and they were so kind and understanding throughout, which made the process hassle-free. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.
I ordered three dresses from them, and loved one of them. When I didn't like the couple of other items, Yomi in their customer service offered me several different options to handle it - since they don't pay for return shipping. I chose to take the option of a free item instead of a refund.
