Do not support companies like this. Their prices are so low because the people making the garments, children included, are working in swear shops. Underpaid, overworked, poor working conditions in general. By purchasing from them you’re oncoming the way they treat their workers. That should be enough but if you need more reason not to buy from them, know that the fits are going to be horrible, the quality will be horrible and what you get will look nothing like what you’re seeing on their website.
Hello, I had recently purchased a dress from Retro-Stage. I've purchased from them before and the prompt shipping and quality of the clothes is EXCELLENT! I received the dress, tried it on, and realized I needed a medium size instead of the small that I normally wear. I contacted their customer service team, and within just a few hours received a response. Instead of sending the small dress back to exchange for a medium, they're sending the new one for FREE! They said it's because to send it back to them overseas would be way to expensive for me. Yomi is the representative that helped me and I'm just completely blown away by their prompt answers as well as how great this company is as a whole. Thanks SO much Yomi and Retro - Stage clothing! I love the variety of the clothing!I have quite a large collection of costumes that I have accumulated over the years and I appreciate the variety of the pieces. So many styles, colors and textures.When I had an issue with the size of armholes in one dress, Yomi at Retro Stage worked with me to solve the problem. Affordable costumes I can't wait to wear!
I recently purchased some items from Retro Stage for the first time. I am always hesitant to purchase items online but I can say that the dress, boots, and gloves I purchased were all as described on the website. I also needed to exchange the dress for a different size and the customer service has been excellent. I emailed the company and Yomi answered my questions right away, very helpful and courteous. I am very pleased with both the items and the company’s costumer service, I would definitely recommend Retro Stage to my friends and family!
We have placed a couple different orders with Retro Stage. The dresses are amazingly beautiful and good quality. On our last order, the dress was a little too snug so we worked with Yomi on an exchange for one size larger and she got back to us very quickly and made the process seamless. We will definitely be placing more orders in the future. The hardest part is choosing which outfit to get as there are so many good ones!
I absolutely love my swimsuits! I ordered two and they fit perfectly. One of them wasn’t quite my style although it was adorable! I wanted to exchange it and Yomi was so amazing! She didn’t even ask me to return the other bathing suit in exchange for the new one! The customer service is amazing and the product is high quality! I will definitely be purchasing more products from Retro Stage! I’ve got my eye on some dresses!
