New furniture fabulous. Great advice from Ioana in the showroom - very knowledgeable, patient and took time to make sure we were happy with our choice. Kept up to date. Delivery on time and Neil and Steve were both great. Both very polite and careful placing furniture. Took time to make sure we knew how to recline etc and how to care for the furniture. Excellent service from start to finish and delighted with our purchase and the service.
Thank you to Murray and Reece for a great delivery of an extremely heavy Harrison super king mattress and replacement of a new one. They carried it a long way but were respectful and careful. They ensured the old one was protected to go to the British Heart foundation. We’ve just had the second part of our new furniture order delivered to our new flat by Steve and Neil (who also delivered and erected the first part!) and have to say the level of service throughout the whole process was superb! Steve and Neil were two of the nicest guys you could have; they were efficient, mannerly, helpful and friendly which made the whole delivery experience excellent. I have to give Jason and the people at the showroom a shout out as well they also could not have been more helpful and efficient. The whole experience was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard F McKay to anyone who is contemplating using their services.
