I agree with all the previous reviews, praising this company. I entered the sales room January 4, for the first time, and was looked after by a brilliant sales woman, brought me coffee and a Tunnock! I ordered a Himolla recliner, which I understood would not arrive before end of March but which has been delivered today by Steve and Neil, in the specified time window, who showed me the workings of the chair, removed all the packaging, and who could not have been more charming and helpful. I should add that I am delighted with the recliner, the colour works very well in my sitting room, and the comfort = total bliss.
I could not be more pleased with this firm and their perfect service. Seamless from start to finish. They delivered on time too as I had multiple appointments. Steve and Neil were so polite and competent.A real tonic to see staff happy at a family run business. Already thinking about a sofa but saving up for Errol.Stunning. Originally ordered two sofas but delivery was delayed by several months. Paul who was the sales assistant was most helpful and went through our options. We decided to cancel the original order and choose new sofas. This was no bother and very refreshing to be looked after so well. Replacement order arrived several weeks early which suited us as we had been waiting several months already.The delivery guys Steve and Neil were very polite and offered us aftercare advice. They took care removing our old sofas and bringing in our new ones. Well done everyone involved - this is what customer service is all about - other companies please take note!
Our sofa and armchairs were delivered by Steve and Neil, who were friendly, polite and professional. They were a little earlier than arranged but phoned to check it was ok for us. The furniture wouldn't fit through the hallway so had to be brought through the patio door. Steve and Neil moved our furniture and garden pots out of the way and moved them all back again afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were good humoured throughout and made the whole process as easy as possible for us. Our new furniture had protective wrapping which the guys took away with them, along with our old sofa and armchair. Excellent service throughout.
Our whole experience with Richard F Mackay has been excellent. From browsing to enquiry to sales and to delivery- all top rate. The sales team were helpful but not pushy. They were very well informed about their products and listened well to our comments, questions and requirements. The delivery team too - Murray and Steven - was excellent and on time. We would certainly recommend Richard F Mackay and will definitely use them again.
