Holly Ure looked after us well in the shop and kept in touch by phone as required. Neil and Steven delivered and assembled the chair quickly and efficiently with good humour. The only drawback was the long delay of four months between ordering and delivery.
I am a 76 year old disabled lady and chose furniture with castors to enable me to move if necessary.Furniture came with solid feet and when I phoned to complain got told it was due to Health & Safety.LIES !!!!!I contacted G Plan who informed me my furniture could have castors fitted.So after spending a few thousand pounds didnt getwhat I wanted.Shame on you and I defiitely would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Product knowledge and efficiency was fantastic. Customer care from salesperson, Ioana Chercui in Richard F Mackay was just second to none. Suite came not only on time, but early. Quality service and beautiful suite. Delivery team Neil and Murray uplifted our old suite and installed the new suite quickly, efficiently and with real courtesy and kindness. They demonstrated the recliners and how to charge up the batteries. Took away all the packaging and just were first class. Our new Himolla suite is gorgeous. We are very happy customers
