R F Mackay installed my single bed today within three weeks of ordering, with the minimum fuss. As it is a spare bed Jaz offered me the option of a less expensive mattress that was instore which I took. The bed was set up in my house in thirty minutes along with the removal of the old one in a totally professional manner. The handlers took good care to avoid contact with walls and furniture.I can recommend Mackays as a trustworthy company.
Excellent service from the minute we walked in to the show room. Jaz was very helpful and talked us through our options. The suite we chose was tailored to our needs. Configuration and colour. The delivery team were very courteous and friendly. Steve and Neil were meticulous in their working practice. They took time to make sure that the suite was in the correct place and that we knew how to use the electric buttons. Great service. Will use this company again.
We were met at the showroom by `Jaz` who was extremely welcoming. She explained a few details to my wife and I and then allowed us to peruse the selection at our leisure. We do not like pushy assistants. When we chose our sofa she took us through the form filling and payment procedure with an obvious willingness to give customer satisfaction.Murray and Reece delivered the sofa on time and were most polite and attentive to ensure no accidental damage occurred. They explained clearly some issues about maintenance. The service through out was excellent and made the whole process pleasing
Amazing service in store when buying. No pushyness but there to answer questions etc. delivery was quick and the guys delivering it today were amazing. Attentive to detail. We recently bought two G Plan armchairs from you. We were given excellent and friendly advice, especially on colour and size, by Ioanna in the store, and we are delighted with the result. Stephen and Neil delivered the chairs at the time were we expecting them. They removed our old chairs and brought the new ones in without causing any damage. They were friendly and helpful, and keen toknow that we were happy with our purchase - which we are!
Bought a suite from the Stevenson Drive, Edinburgh store in October 2023. The furniture was delivered on the date and time slot given in January. The delivery was done by the 2 Murrays. They took their time removing the old suite before bringing in the new one, ensuring that they did not cause any damage. Great service. as it was not easy getting the furniture into the house. Would recommend this company again.
Great experience from browsing to purchase and then delivery. Kevin was most helpful in showing us what was available to suit our requirements. Left us in peace to discuss our options and made sure we took the time to choose the right fabric. Neil and Steve were most professional in delivering the items. Very polite and friendly and took care of our property as they got the suite into the house. Will certainly visit the store again for anything we need and wish we had come to this store first. No one was pushy like they were in Sterling Homes.
